Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing chairside assistance during dental procedures
Preparing treatment rooms and instruments ahead of appointments
Sterilising and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
Helping patients feel comfortable and at ease throughout their visit
Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Maintaining a clean, protected clinical environment in line with infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will:
Have a glowing personality and a can-do attitude that lights up a room
Bring genuine warmth and a steady, reassuring presence for patients who might be nervous
Be eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges with enthusiasm
Have strong communication skills and a cooperative, team-focused mindset
Hold a Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting, or previous experience (advantageous but not essential)
