The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our Berwick team in a full-time, office-based role.
This opportunity would suit an established salesperson looking to grow within a respected local agency, or an emerging real estate professional who can demonstrate strong sales ability,



initiative and a genuine commitment to developing a long-term career in the industry.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, listing and selling property, and supporting buyers and sellers throughout the complete sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
Prospecting for new business and building a sustainable pipeline
Developing and maintaining relationships with prospective sellers, buyers and local property owners
Conducting property appraisals and listing presentations
Securing and managing residential property listings
Coordinating sales campaigns in collaboration with our administration and marketing teams
Conducting open homes, private inspections and buyer appointments
Negotiating offers and guiding clients from initial enquiry through to settlement
Maintaining accurate client and property records within the agency CRM
Keeping clients informed through consistent, professional communication
Working collaboratively with the wider sales and property management teams
Representing the First National Neilson Partners brand professionally within the local community
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be self-motivated, relationship-focused and comfortable taking responsibility for your own business development activities.
You will also demonstrate:
Proven sales, prospecting, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Strong customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A professional, ethical and client-focused approach
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
Strong organisation,



follow-up and time-management skills
Confidence using CRM systems and basic digital marketing tools
Knowledge of the Berwick and surrounding property markets, or the ability to develop this knowledge quickly
Availability to work weekends and outside standard business hours when required for inspections and client appointments
A current Victorian driver license and reliable vehicle
Previous residential or commercial real estate sales experience will be highly regarded.
What is Required
Applicants must hold the required qualifications and be eligible to be employed as an agent's representative in Victoria.
A completed CPP***** Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, or another qualification recognised by Consumer Affairs Victoria, is required.
