Prestige Health Care and Associates are seeking full-time, part time and casual Disability Support Workers to join our team that is based in Melbourne VIC. You will be providing quality care and support to individuals with a range of disabilities, ensuring their physical, social, and emotional needs are met. What you'll be doing
Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as showering, dressing, and toileting
Supporting clients to participate in social, recreational, and community activities
Providing companionship and engaging clients in meaningful activities
Advocating for clients and ensuring their rights and needs are met
Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
Adhering to all organisational policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
What we're looking for
A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities and a commitment to empowering their independence
Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or Disability
Previous experience working in the disability or aged care sector, preferably in a direct care role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build trusting relationships
A compassionate, patient, and flexible approach to your work
A current driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
