A well-known, award-winning architectural home builder in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs is on the lookout for a Project Manager to join the team. The role will see you running up to two architecturally designed residential builds concurrently, typically in the $5m - $20m range - all located across Sydney's East and North Shore.
This one is a good fit for someone already in high-end residential who's looking for a better culture, a stronger reputation and a business where the detail actually matters. It would also suit someone with an architectural background who is looking to make the step across into construction and project management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple architecturally designed projects concurrently, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure project success.
Develop and execute project plans, budgets, and schedules.
Monitor project progress, resolve any issues or delays, and maintain a strong focus on quality and safety.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.




Manage procurement processes, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and permits.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
A trade background OR Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Architecture
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a track record of successfully delivering architecturally designed projects.
Strong knowledge of project management software and tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Knowledge of building codes and regulations
What's on Offer
Salary ranging between $120,000 - $170,000 + Super (experience dependant)
