mobile crushing, screening
and
ore sorting
services across Mining, Processing and Civil projects. Founded in ****, Axis has built a robust reputation for reliability, safety, and performance across the Goldfields and broader WA.

The Opportunity:
We're seeking experienced
Site Supervisors
who can bring strong leadership to our mobile crushing teams. You'll be responsible for driving production performance, maintaining high safety standards, and fostering a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Previous experience within mining, civil or quarry environments working with 3-stage mobile crushing circuits & associated equipment
A current S26 qualification (mandatory for this role)
Demonstrated ability to lead safe and productive teams
Good time management and work prioritisation skills
Solid relationship skills, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
Ability to administer/comply with site systems, procedures and complete routine workplace inspections, audits and reports as required
Demonstrated ability to organise and achieve safe production schedules / plans
Previous experience in gold mining projects is highly desirable
Current Driver's License
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
Have or be able to obtain a National Police Check
