Sephora is seeking a Stockroom Manager (Inventory Controller) in Blacktown to ensure accurate stock levels and productive back-of-house operations. You will drive cycle counts, manage stockroom processes, and partner with store leadership to meet customer demand.
The role requires hands-on inventory control, data interpretation using SAP and SharePoint, and the ability to coach the team on shrinkage reduction and stock handling. This is a full-time position within the Sephora store network.
