The Star Brisbane at Treasury Hotel is seeking a Hotel Guest Service Agent to deliver a seamless guest experience during check-in, during the stay, and at check-out. You will manage guest requests, maintain accounts and perform daily tasks in line with shift checklists.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will join a premium hospitality team, bringing passion for guest experiences, solid communication and high computer literacy to ensure every guest feels valued and cared for.
