Overview

SA Health is building a Casual Talent Pool for Enrolled Nurses at Port Lincoln Hospital, open through to 30 June ****, and we're looking for practitioners who are ready to contribute to care that makes a real difference, far from the metro rush.
Your Role at Port Lincoln Hospital
As a casual Enrolled Nurse within the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network, you'll work under the supervision of Registered Nurses to deliver safe, person-centred care across inpatient and general ward settings at Port Lincoln Hospital. Day to day, you can expect to:
Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration within your enrolled scope of practice
Accurately document patient assessments, observations, and care plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient flow and continuity of care
Contribute to a culture of safety, dignity, and respect for every patient and family member
What You'll Bring
Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
Working knowledge of enrolled nursing scope of practice under NMBA standards
Competency in medication administration (notation of any conditions on registration required)
Sound clinical communication and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively within a small regional hospital team where flexibility across ward areas is routine
