The Role
As a Sub Agent, you'll work in partnership with a highly successful Director, playing an integral role in the team's continued success while further developing your own profile within the Bayside market.
You'll be involved in every stage of the sales process, taking ownership of client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to high-value residential transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Director to deliver exceptional outcomes for buyers and vendors.
Conduct appraisals, listing presentations,



private inspections and open homes.
Build and maintain solid relationships with buyers, vendors and prospective clients.
Prospect for new business and identify new listing opportunities.
Lead buyer management, negotiate offers and assist in driving successful sales campaigns through to settlement.
Provide strategic market feedback while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Represent a premium brand with professionalism, integrity and a commitment to excellence.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Previous experience as a Residential Sales Agent.
A proven ability to build relationships and generate new business.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
A professional, driven and client-focused approach.
A desire to work within a high-performing team while continuing to grow your own profile.
Current Agent's Representative Certificate.
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
