The Family Support Coordinator (FSC) plays a vital role in helping children and families transition into school successfully. This position involves working closely with teachers, support staff, and external partners to address barriers to learning and improve student outcomes., Collaborating with external partners to drive positive outcomes for families and children. Connecting families with services to support health, development, and learning engagement. Building and sustaining effective partnerships with students, parents, school staff, and community services. Providing expert input to address the needs of vulnerable children and families. Using data to assess and improve school attendance, engagement, and academic success.
