Pino's al Mare is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead service on the floor and set the standard every shift. You will also oversee staffing, training, and mise en place behind the scenes, ensuring smooth operations and robust supplier communication.
You will work closely with Matteo (owner) and Cristiano (Head Chef) as the bridge between floor and kitchen, driving Italian hospitality and guest loyalty.
