We are seeking a
high-calibre leader
to help bring our centre to life from the very beginning, working closely with the Approved Provider to
build, shape and lead
a service designed to exceed expectations — for children, families and educators.
Seed Academy is a
premium, boutique, family owned and operated
early learning service located in
Gymea
, which will cater for
47 children aged 6 weeks to 6 years
. Opening October/November **** pending service approval.
Commencing August/September ****, with a key focus on recruitment, family engagement, occupancy building, educational leadership and service setup ahead of opening.
What You'll Be Doing
August/September start for October/November open
Leading the
pre-opening setup
of the centre
Recruiting and building a
high-performing team
Implementing a
high-quality, play-based program
(Reggio-inspired)
Conducting tours and building solid
family relationships
Driving
enrolments and occupancy growth
Embedding systems aligned with the
National Quality Framework
