Beauty Advisor - Slade Pharmacy Epworth Hospital Richmond
About the Role
We currently have an exciting permanent part-time opportunity for a Beauty Advisor to join our friendly and vibrant team on Bridge Road in Richmond. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, sales and recommendations relating to cosmetics, skincare, fragrance and other 'over the counter' products.

The Roster
This is a permanent part-time position, working Friday to Sunday. The rostered hours are as follows:
Friday – 11am – 7pm
Saturday – 9am – 5pm
Sunday – 9am – 5pm

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and acknowledge customers who enter the Beauty area of the pharmacy
Deliver a positive customer experience through your advice and assistance on Fragrance, Cosmetics and Skincare products
Promote and support our key brands in Dior, Erre Due, Lancôme, Loccitane, Artdeco and Natio
Organise and ensure displays, shelves and in-store promotions are well presented and are appealing
Oversee and ensure the profitability of the Beauty Department

Previous experience in cosmetic, skincare and fragrance sales (Essential)
Experience in delivering a high level of customer service
