Barnetts Bakery in Recent South Wales seeks a production assistant to assist daily bread manufacture, including natural fermentation sourdough. You will handle dough mixing, scaling, molding, oven loading and timing to ensure consistent quality.
Responsibilities include maintaining clean workspaces and equipment, ensuring OH&S; compliance, and coordinating batch forming, loading, baking, cooling, and tray maintenance. Previous bakery experience preferred but not required.
