About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman/Supervisor to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations on site, including supervision and leadership of employees, subcontractors, and plant/equipment. You will ensure that all personnel under your control operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with legislative and company requirements.
This role is ideal for hands‐on leaders who thrive in a fast‐paced environment and want to contribute to projects that make a real impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise employees, subcontractors, and plant/equipment on site.
Ensure all personnel adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Implement and maintain project processes, procedures, and systems to manage risk and ensure efficiency.
Plan and co-ordinate works with Project Manager and Engineers to ensure correct sequencing
Monitor all goods, resources, equipment, and services to meet HSEQ standards
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Lead by example in operations, communication, and best practices.
Monitor employee and subcontractor performance and escalates concerns appropriately.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends, client requirements, and compliance standards
About You
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in civil construction, working within the Tier 1 space.
Experience on technical civil projects, including basements.
Strong knowledge of all facets of civil construction, earthworks, FRP concrete, drainage and remediation
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision‐making capabilities.
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.
Organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities.
