About the Role
You'll be part of our
complex support team
, ensuring participants are cared for and kicking goals! No two days are the same, but will include:
Personal care
Medication and health related supports
Daily routines and community access
Managing complex behaviours with positive behaviour support strategies and restrictive practices
Trauma informed care
Manual handling
Shifts available 7 days a week, including opportunities for sleepovers and weekends.
Who We're Looking For
You'll be a outstanding fit if you are:
Seeking casual employment, with part time opportunities down the track.
Confident with (or willing to learn) complex support.
Available at least
4 full days per week, some weekends and overnights.
Friendly, grounded, and values-driven.
A team player who is reliable and communicates well.

NSW Working With Children Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check
HLTAID011 First Aid & CPR
Driver's licence and your own insured vehicle
Willingness to complete our induction program including online and f2f training.
