We are hiring now at our South Yarra location. For this role you MUST be an experienced Skin or Dermal Therapist, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a busy clinic environment.

THE ROLE (SALES-DRIVEN FOCUS):
Conduct client consultations with a strong focus on identifying needs and




converting leads into treatment plans.
Develop and present tailored treatment solutions that align with client goals.
Perform advanced non-invasive treatments using cutting-edge body-shaping technology.
Build lasting client relationships with an emphasis on
upselling and cross-selling services.
Meet and exceed individual sales and treatment KPIs.
Create an exceptional client experience that drives
loyalty and repeat business.
General clinic duties and contribution to a high-performing team.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Sales Experience:
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and convert consultations into bookings.
Diploma of Beauty Therapy (essential), Bachelor of Dermal Science (highly favourable).
Sound knowledge of skin and confidence prescribing skincare.
Strong communication skills to educate, influence, and build trust with clients.
Exceptional customer service and rapport-building.
Adaptability and eagerness to learn evolving treatments and technologies.
Desirable: Background in health science, nutrition, or fitness.
Highly favourable: Experience with radio frequency, ultrasound cavitation, cryolipolysis, and/or HIFU.
