Production Supervisor

About the Role – What You'll Be Doing
Daily Leadership
Lead, coach and support operators to achieve daily production targets
Maintain high standards of safety, teamwork and motivation
Assist with onboarding and on-the-job training for new staff
Safety & Compliance
Ensure all tasks follow WHS and Safe Work Procedures
Monitor machine safety,



PPE compliance and housekeeping
Escalate hazards, incidents or near misses promptly
Production Oversight
Monitor throughput, workflow and equipment performance
Respond to issues and liaise with Maintenance for breakdowns
Record shift production data accurately
Quality Control
Conduct visual checks and ensure products meet specification
Minimise product loss, contamination or handling errors
Meet company hygiene and housekeeping standards
What We're Looking For
Essential (or willing to learn quickly):
Natural leadership and communication skills
A positive, reliable and safety-focused mindset
Ability to motivate a diverse team
Strong problem-solving and situational awareness
Industry experience that's a bonus:
Manufacturing, meat works/abattoirs, agriculture, logistics, heavy industry or similar environments.
