What You'll Be Doing
Deliver safe, high-quality and person-centred clinical care
Complete resident assessments and contribute to care planning
Administer medications and monitor residents' clinical needs
Identify and escalate changes in residents' health and wellbeing
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Communicate effectively with residents, families and healthcare professionals
Provide guidance and support to care employees
Participate in handovers, clinical reviews and continuous improvement
Ensure care is delivered in line with aged care standards and policies
Promote residents' dignity,



independence and individual preferences
About You
To be considered for this position, you will have:
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
At least three years of experience within residential aged care
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Sound knowledge of aged care standards and clinical documentation
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A kind, considerate and respectful approach to resident care
Strong integrity and a genuine commitment to doing the right thing
The ability to see each resident as an individual
Current police check and relevant compliance documentation
Unrestricted Australian working rights
