About the Role
As our Allocator, you'll coordinate the day-to-day allocation of trucks and drivers across multiple projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance and customer service.
Roster
Week 1: 5:00am – 3:00pm
Week 2: 9:00am – 5:00pmOccasional Saturday operational support from home on a rotating basis.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate daily truck and driver allocations
Prepare and manage daily and weekly transport schedules
Maximise fleet utilisation
Manage driver availability and reallocations
Engage subcontractors
Liaise with workshop teams
Communicate schedules to drivers
Respond to client requests
Monitor CoR and fatigue compliance
Manage incidents and weather disruptions
Maintain records and reporting
Support onboarding and toolbox meetings
What You'll Bring
Previous Transport Allocator/Fleet Allocator/Logistics Coordinator experience
Knowledge of CoR, NHVR and fatigue management
Scheduling systems experience
Strong organisation and communication
Problem solving and attention to detail
