About the Role
In this role, you will demonstrate a strong commitment to advocating for children and aligning with Insight Early Learning's philosophy of

You will lead and support play-based learning experiences, creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where children can build confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging.
A regular day in this role will involve:
Leading the Preschool educational program in line with the EYLF and NQF
Creating safe, engaging, and play-based learning environments that support children's development
Using the environment as the "third teacher", incorporating open-ended resources and loose parts
Supporting children's social,



emotional, cognitive, and physical development
Building strong partnerships with families and the wider community
Collaborating with educators, the Room Leader, and Educational Leader to reflect on and strengthen educational practices
Following Insight Early Learning's philosophy, policies, and procedures
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or similar
qualification (must have)
A current and valid
Working with Children Check
(must have)
Previous experience
working in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting
Strong
written and verbal communication
skills
A sound understanding of the
EYLF, NQS, and child development
The ability to
build positive relationships
with children, families, and colleagues
A
collaborative approach and commitment
to contributing to a positive team culture
A
genuine passion
for creating nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environments for children
