This business enjoys a solid tenured reputation, they work in industry with a blue and white collar workforce across a few sites in Melbourne and interstate. Their leaders are passionate about what they do and ensuring they keep valuable people with them long term. Their Head of HR is one of the best in practice and her leadership style. The Role
Due to growth, they are expanding the team to include a HRBP generalist. This is a broad role that supports the team and business with varied duties across all facets of the employee life cycle including planning and recruitment, onboarding, compliance, performance and ER, ensuring WHS is maintained, RTW and reporting, maintaining HRIS Employment Hero, and projects to support HR lead and business. Salary circa $90k plus.
About You
You are HR qualified and have experience in a blue collar environment in an advisory or BP role where you have supported managers and teams whilst also ensuring HR operational compliance. Systems literate,



high performing and able to manage volume when needed, you can work with data and reporting, and work with a mindset of providing quality solutions using critical and broad thinking techniques. Excellent communication skills together with the ability to influence, engage and build credibility with key stakeholders is also required.
