Join a major secure enterprise data program delivering foundational data integration, analytics, and platform capability across complex protected environments. This Application Support Analyst role is ideal for a technically strong support professional with experience in containerised platforms, application operations, troubleshooting, monitoring, and ITIL-aligned service management.

Essential Tasks:
Provide operational support, administration, monitoring, and maintenance for business-critical applications and platform services.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application, platform, and integration issues within agreed support processes and SLAs.
Monitor system health, performance, availability, and capacity to maintain service continuity.
Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support knowledge articles.
Key Criteria:




Experience providing application and platform support in complex enterprise ICT environments.
Practical experience with IBM Fusion, Red Hat OpenShift, or comparable containerised platforms.
Strong understanding of incident, problem, change, and release management in an ITIL-aligned workplace.
Ability to diagnose technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
