About the Role
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of the successful delivery of lift and escalator installation, modernisation and upgrade projects across Queensland.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage multiple projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with customers, consultants, builders, subcontractors and internal teams, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional outcomes while fostering a strong culture of safety, teamwork and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate installation teams across multiple projects throughout Queensland.
Manage project programmes, budgets, resources and financial performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants and key stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, variations and project outcomes.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with WHS legislation, Australian Standards and company quality requirements.
Coordinate labour, materials and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
Support the recruitment, coaching and development of installation personnel.
Promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement across all projects.




Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, customer satisfaction and commercial performance.
About You
You are an organised and proactive leader who enjoys building strong teams and delivering successful projects.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience managing installation or construction projects within the lift and escalator industry, or a related building services industry such as electrical, HVAC, fire or mechanical services.
Demonstrated leadership experience supervising employees and subcontractors.
Strong project management, planning and organisational skills.
Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets, programmes and project performance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A strong commitment to safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
Electrical trade qualifications would be highly regarded, however are not essential.
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout Queensland.
