The Role
This role suits reliable forklift operators who are confident working in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment.
Key Duties
Operate counterbalance and high-reach forklifts safely and efficiently (high reach experience advantageous)
Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time
Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets safely
Use WMS and RF scanners to record stock movements
Perform stock replenishment and location transfers
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse
Work collaboratively with warehouse, transport, and logistics teams




Report damages, discrepancies, or safety concerns promptly
Adhere to company policies, WHS regulations, and PPE requirements at all times

You're a reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in doing things right the first time. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, you're the type of person who spots when something's not quite right, and takes action to fix it.
