Experienced Florist / Retail Assistant (Casual)
Flowers with Love Pty Ltd – Jerrabomberra NSW
As part of our small, close-knit team, you'll be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the shop, including:
Responsibilities
Designing and creating fresh floral arrangements and bouquets
Preparing flowers for display and sale
Assisting customers with floral selections and gift purchases
Providing outstanding customer service both in-store and over the phone
Processing orders and operating the POS system
Maintaining shop presentation and merchandising displays
Caring for fresh flowers and plants
General cleaning and daily store duties
Assisting with wedding, funeral and event floristry when required
Local deliveries on occasion
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience working as a florist (essential)
Retail or customer service experience
Confidence creating hand-tied bouquets and floral arrangements independently




Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Valuable attention to detail and pride in your work
Availability to work approximately four days per week. (Tuesday-Friday)
