They are seeking an experienced
Senior People & Culture Advisor
to join their collaborative national P&C; team in a true generalist role where no two days are the same.

The Prospect
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you'll become a trusted advisor to Partners and business leaders, supporting your own client groups across the full employee lifecycle.
This is far more than a traditional HR advisory role. You'll combine strategic business partnering with hands-on delivery, playing a key role in attracting, developing and retaining talented people while contributing to firm-wide People & Culture initiatives.
You'll have the autonomy to influence decisions, build strong stakeholder relationships and help shape the employee experience across the business.
Your Day Could Include




Partnering with leaders to provide practical, commercially focused people advice
Managing end-to-end recruitment across your client groups
Supporting graduate and early careers programs
Coaching managers through employee relations and performance matters
Driving engagement, development and succession planning initiatives
Analysing workforce data and identifying trends
Contributing to strategic People & Culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You'll be an experienced HR or People & Culture professional who enjoys variety and building robust relationships.
You'll also bring:
Previous experience in a People & Culture Advisory or Business Partnering role
Previous experience in professional services firm(s)
Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills
Confidence interpreting people data and translating insights into meaningful actions
Professional services experience will be highly regarded
