What You Will Do
As integrity risk and reporting lead, you will lead the Commissioner's integrity risk framework and help strengthen oversight of Victoria's racing industry.
You will use data, information and risk analysis to support decisions, identify emerging issues and improve assurance activities.
You Will
lead the development and ongoing improvement of the Commissioner's integrity risk framework
collect, validate and analyse complex information to identify current and emerging integrity risks
prepare clear reports and practical insights that support audits, investigations and decision-making
monitor progress against recommendations and report on compliance and emerging concerns
promote evidence-based decision-making and work across the office to strengthen risk management practices.
About You
A relevant tertiary qualification in risk, data analytics or a related field is desirable. Experience working with confidential or sensitive matters in a justice, regulatory, integrity or government setting will be highly regarded.
You Should Also Have
strong skills in risk identification, assessment and strategic analysis
advanced experience collecting, analysing and presenting data using tools such as Excel and Power BI
the ability to turn complex information into transparent advice for different audiences
excellent communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to adapt in a small team.
