Business Analyst
to join our Corporate Applications team and play a key role in supporting projects and business improvement initiatives across People & Culture, Finance and other corporate platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, solving problems, improving processes and delivering meaningful technology solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
Partnering with business and technology stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Facilitating workshops, meetings and requirement discussions.
Mapping current and future state processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Supporting solution design, testing, user acceptance activities and business readiness.
Managing requirement traceability, risks, issues and dependencies throughout delivery.
Contributing to training, communications and adoption activities to ensure successful outcomes.
What You'll Bring Essential Skills & Experience
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships across a wide range of stakeholders
Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
A proactive mindset and motivation to explore AI, automation and new technologies to improve ways of working and business outcomes
Enthusiasm, curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn and grow
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements,



processes and user stories
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency across the Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and agile delivery environments
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
Experience with any of the following would be advantageous, but is not a requirement:
Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) tools and processes
Experience working within portfolio, project and agile delivery frameworks
Azure DevOps (ADO)
Microsoft Dynamics / D365
HRIS platforms and related business systems
