As almost all training is done online, there is an opportunity for flexible work hours while ensuring valuable work-life balance.
Deliver high-quality training sessions to diverse groups, helping learners achieve their goals
Evaluate learner performance through practical and theoretical assessments
Provide constructive feedback and support to encourage continuous learning and development
Offer tutorial support to students by appointment via video conference or telephone
Present topics to students in weekly online masterclasses

About the Candidate
Highly developed person-centred communication skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including presentation skills
A demonstrated high level of attention to detail with a consistent approach
A demonstrated ability to prioritise conflicting priorities as required
Ability to work under minimal supervision with the capacity to exercise initiative in the application of work processes and procedures and establish objectives and outcomes, * TAE***** - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; OR
TAE***** - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; OR
TAE***** - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (plus either TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A, and either TAEASS502 or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B)
Highly desirable
CHC***** Certificate IV in Mental Health
CHC***** Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention
CHC***** Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work
CHC***** Diploma of Mental Health
CHC***** Diploma of Community Services
CHC***** Certificate III in Community Services
CHC***** Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability)
Qualified to deliver Mental Health First Aid
Role requirements
A Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain)
NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You' completion certificate (or the ability to obtain)
A current minimum P1 'C' class Queensland drivers licence
Work Environment
Hourly rate of $***** + super
