The National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR), headquartered in Brisbane, regulates heavy vehicles across Australia. Joining their Digital Enablement team, the Product Analyst will enhance NHVR's data-driven regulatory capabilities. This position supports the Data and Technology Division by configuring and improving applications to meet regulatory needs.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
Provide tier 2 and tier 3 technical support for Digital Enablement GIS application.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for application configuration.
Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor product performance and guide roadmaps.
Provide application support to customers, stakeholders, and development teams.
Troubleshoot issues, propose timely solutions, and manage product updates.
Work with product teams to understand software updates and communicate changes.
Monitor performance and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

This Role Requires You To Have
Experience in defining problems and organizing work backlogs.
Experience supporting mobile and desktop applications.
Experience with compliance or case management systems.
Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud-based applications.
Experience working in Agile-Scrum environments.
