Talent Forge Group seeks a Customer Operations Manager for an AI Operations Platform in Australia. You will own customer workflows, adoption, and day‐to‐day platform relationships, starting hands‐on with mapping processes, shipping workflows, and training CX teams.
You'll document patterns for the library and translate customer signals into product priorities. You'll lead adoption reviews, track success metrics, and partner with product leadership to shape the roadmap while owning customers
