The Role
As Clinical Director, you will lead Keystone Radiology's service to Goulburn Valley Health, supporting the delivery and development of radiology services while remaining clinically active.
This role balances leadership with hands‐on practice and includes:
Oversight of diagnostic imaging services across CT, MRI, ultrasound, X‐ray and interventional procedures
Supporting high‐quality, accurate and timely reporting
Providing guidance, support and mentorship to radiologists and the broader medical imaging team
Working collaboratively with hospital clinicians and management
Contributing to service planning, workflow improvement and future development
This position is ideal for a FRANZCR‐qualified Radiologist who is ready to broaden their role into departmental leadership, or for an existing Clinical Director seeking a new challenge.

Significant working flexibility, so the incumbent can choose to work part-time from home with at least 2 days per week on-site at Shepparton Hospital. This will be of interest to candidates who wish to live and work between Shepparton and Melbourne (or another regional centre in Victoria or NSW)




A highly competitive salary, with the addition of a Regional Allowance, Clinical Director's Allowance, Relocation Allowance and Incentive Payments

Keystone has delivered radiology services at Goulburn Valley Health for more than a decade, and also has a long standing history of providing comprehensive radiology services at Grampians Health (Ballarat & Stawell hospitals) along with a network of private radiology outpatient clinics across Ballarat and Bendigo.
Keystone Radiology comprises a team of 25radiologists and nuclear medicine physicians. At GV Health, Keystone delivers services via a dedicated group of five resident radiologists based in Shepparton, addressing the district's radiology needs in close collaboration with hospital clinicians and management.
About You
FRANZCR qualificationswith eligibility for AHPRA specialist registration and a Medicare Provider Number
Strong general diagnostic radiology skills; interventional experience would be highly regarded
Interest in clinical leadership and service development
An interest in regional practice and contributing to community healthcare
