Production Pastry Chef / Baker
to join our growing team.
We're a family-owned bakery supplying five retail stores across North East Victoria. We produce a wide range of traditional bakery products in high volumes and are looking for someone who takes pride in quality, consistency and teamwork.

About the Role
This is a hands‐on production role focused on manufacturing traditional bakery products in commercial quantities, including:
Cakes and sponge products
Vanilla Slice and French Vanilla Slice
Caramel Slice, Hedgehog, Brownies and other slices
Cheesecakes and custard-based products
Traditional biscuits and cookies
Muffins and sweet bakery items
Family pies, party pies and savoury products
Working from established recipes,



you'll help produce high-quality products while maintaining consistency, efficiency and food safety standards.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
Previous experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker or Production Baker
Experience producing traditional bakery cakes, slices and pies
Experience working in a commercial bakery or food production environment
Strong attention to detail and quality
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team
A reliable, positive attitude and strong work ethic
