Our busy ENZED Service Center in Dandenong currently has "on offer" a
full-time position in sales and service for onsite work.
The Role:

In the role of an ENZED Hose Technician, Sales & Onsite Service you will be expected to deliver consistent, accurate & high quality service to our customers within our large franchise terrotory.
About You:
You will be passionate, energetic, able to work in a team and have great communication skills. This is a challenging role where no two days are the same. You will have excellent customer service skills, build customer relationships and be able to provide solutions to our valued customers. You will be provided with formal and on-the job training. You will report directly to the Sales & Service Manager.
For the right candidate there is a transparent route for promotion to become a Franchised Mobile ENZED Hose Technician.
You'll be provided fully stocked and Enzed branded vehicle with all the tools, product training, advertising, uniform, business cards and ongoing support.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position you will need:
Machanical Aptitude with the goal to safely operate machinery,



use tools and measuring devices accurately.
Good numeracy, verbal, written skills as well as basic computer skills.
A solid work ethic and have pride in your work.
Ability to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines and able to problem solve.
An understanding of OHS and Safe Work Practices.
Flexibility with working hours - available to work on rotating roster for Saturday mornings which is paid overtime.
Having a Trade/Field Service experience in Fitting or Mechanical Background and/or Hydraulics/Spare parts will be an advantage but
Not a Prerequisite

Full Training
will be provided. This role is ideal for an experienced technician looking for long term opportunity or someone which little or no experience, who is eager to learn.

Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
Additional after-hours callouts may be required when needed.
