NTHA Trainees & Apprentices is seeking a motivated
1st Year Cabinetmaking Apprentice
to join one of our host employers based in Smithfield, NSW.
This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gain a nationally recognised qualification, and work alongside experienced tradespeople creating quality cabinetry and joinery.
About the role
Manufacture and assemble custom cabinetry and furniture
Use a variety of hand and power tools safely
Read plans and technical drawings
Measure, cut and shape timber and other materials
Install kitchens, wardrobes and custom joinery
Work alongside experienced cabinetmakers




Develop practical skills in a modern manufacturing environment

Good with your hands and enjoy practical work
Safety-conscious and willing to follow instructions
A team player with a strong work ethic
Willing to learn new skills
Able to travel to Smithfield each day
