Azooa is preparing a response for
LH-********* Systems Trainers
and we're looking to connect with experienced training professionals who know how to make change feel practical, clear and achievable.
These roles support the Australian Electoral Commission's
Indigo Program
, a strategically important transformation initiative introducing new systems, processes and ways of working across the organisation.
Working within the
Indigo Change Management Team
, you'll partner with the Training Manager, change specialists, Agency Training teams and business stakeholders to help AEC staff build confidence and capability as the program progresses.
This is an opportunity to do more than simply deliver training sessions. You'll help shape the learning approach, understand what different user groups need, develop engaging resources and validate whether training is genuinely supporting adoption.
Your contribution may include:
Supporting the planning and execution of the Indigo training strategy
Conducting training needs analysis across current and future states
Developing practical, accessible and fit-for-purpose learning materials
Creating user guides, videos, knowledge articles and learning modules
Delivering training virtually and face to face
Coordinating training schedules around program and business priorities
Measuring training uptake, effectiveness and user readiness
Gathering feedback from end users and their leaders
Supporting transition, capability uplift and benefits realisation
Managing multiple training work packages and dependencies
Building strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
We'd love to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
Experience across the full training lifecycle—from needs assessment and planning through to delivery, monitoring and evaluation
The ability to translate complex information into transparent learning content
Experience developing materials for diverse audiences
Strong written communication, critical thinking and analytical skills
Confidence facilitating training and engaging with stakeholders
An understanding of Agile delivery and change management frameworks
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative program team
Highly regarded experience includes:
Australian Electoral Commission or Indigo Program exposure
Change management or transition teams
eLearning tools, learning management systems or digital adoption platforms
Accessible and plain-English content development
National or geographically dispersed stakeholder environments
Locations:
Canberra, Melbourne or Brisbane
Working arrangement:
Hybrid, at the Hiring Manager's discretion
Contract term:
Through to 30 June ****
Hours:
Up to 40 hours per week

Baseline security clearance required before commencement
