We are seeking a full-time Head of Operations for Australia & New Zealand with expert operational and technical knowledge of AV systems and a passion for delivering exceptional live event experiences. Based at either our Botany (Syd) or Scoresby (Melb) office, you will play a key role in our overall operations – from pre-production, resourcing through to on-site delivery and pack-down.
What You'll Be Doing:
Overseeing all operational activities across the organisation.
Lead a high-performing operations team across multiple locations, fostering a unified collaborative culture.
Collaborating with account and project managers, technical, warehouse, and crewing teams to ensure smooth project delivery on a range of technical equipment requirements
Working with Senior Leadership to align operational processes with company goals.
Supporting the development, implementation, and communication of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) procedures, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements
Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge of inventory and maintenance schedules.




Skills and experiences we're looking for:
Proven experience in live events or broadcast environments
Strong technical understanding of production systems
Strong working knowledge of logistics for shipping equipment by road and sea, domestic and international.
Experience leading and managing teams of people in both administrative and technical roles
Ability to work well under pressure and communicate clearly
Highly Regarded:
Experience with ERP software (we use EasyJob)
