Core Responsibilities
Provide insights to and support the Customer Business Planning in coordination with Key Account Managers and Demand Planning team
Identify, highlight and action market inventory issues with recommendations to Demand Planning team and Account Managers for future product flow
Facilitate retail promotional tracking
Collaborate with Demand Planning team to assure transparency and alignment in customer listings and future demand plans
Conduct market inventory and retail closing stock analysis
Facilitate the monthly Sales Review, preparing the information and presentation for the meeting and driving the actions and outcomes after the meeting
Participate in and drive projects within ANZ and/or the wider APAC organization

Customer Operations stream is a vital link between the sales and demand planning team. This role combines the insights from day-to-day retail key metrics with qualitative data provided by the sales team in order to make the difference for our retailers via world-class demand plans and top-notch execution.
Do you have what it takes?
Minimum of 8 years' experience in operations, business analytics, key account management, or retail analytics. Excellent communication skills
Excellent excel and analytical skills
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Previous experience in FMCG or other quick-paced industries is preferred.
Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to anticipate market trends and align recommendations with business objectives.
