The Role
We are on the hunt for a versatile and highly motivated
Graphic Design & Production Assistant
to bridge the gap between the studio and the shop floor. This is a hands-on, hybrid role where you will be working with artwork files one minute and helping physically assemble or finish a signage project the next.

What You'll Be Doing




Pre-flighting and preparing client artwork for print (cut sheet digital production, large format and promotional items).
Making quick layout adjustments and setting up cut-lines and bleed.
Assisting the production team with printing, binding, weeding vinyl, trimming, mounting, packing orders and booking couriers.
Quality-checking finished products to ensure they meet our high standards before they leave the door.
Helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
What You Need to Succeed
Proficiency in the
Adobe Creative Cloud
suite of applications, specifically
InDesign
,
Photoshop
,
Illustrator and Acrobat
.
Experience designing and adapting layouts in
Canva
.
Competency using
Microsoft Excel
and
PowerPoint
.
A basic understanding of print production processes (experience in large-format printing or signage is a massive bonus, but we will train the right attitude!).
Exceptional attention to detail.
The physical capability to assist in a busy production environment (standing, lifting materials, and operating basic finishing equipment).
