Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team based in Campbellfield.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with operational teams, senior leaders, project managers and technology partners to analyse business processes, identify improvement opportunities and support the successful delivery of business systems and ERP transformation initiatives.
As a trusted advisor and problem-solver, you will help bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring practical outcomes that improve efficiency, visibility, reporting and decision-making across our manufacturing operations.
What You'll Be Responsible For But Not Limited To:
Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges, opportunities and business requirements.
Lead business analysis activities across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, inventory, finance, sales, quality and operational functions.
Facilitate workshops, interviews and discovery sessions to gather and validate requirements.
Analyse current-state processes, systems and data flows to identify inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities.
Develop future-state process designs that support scalability, efficiency and improved business performance.
Produce high-quality business documentation including process maps, business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, use cases and test scenarios.
Support ERP, business systems and transformation projects through design, testing, implementation and post-go-live activities.
Assist with business case development, impact assessments and project planning activities.
Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), training preparation and business readiness activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce manual effort, improve data quality and strengthen business processes.
About You:
You are a curious, analytical and solutions-focused Business Analyst who enjoys working with stakeholders to solve complex business challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes.
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or experienced Business Analyst within a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, logistics or operationally complex environment.
Strong experience supporting ERP, business systems, process improvement or digital transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to gather, analyse and document business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
Experience developing process maps, functional specifications, user stories, business cases and testing documentation.
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes including supply chain, inventory, procurement, production and finance.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.




Experience working with ERP platforms and integrated business systems will be highly regarded.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Engineering, Commerce or a related discipline.
Business Analysis certifications such as IIBA, CBAP, Agile BA or similar are advantageous.
