Ray White Townsville is looking for a driven, full-time Sales Associate to support one of our leading agents. This is a hands‐on role for someone ready to learn the business end‐to‐end and build a long‐term real estate career.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support the lead agent across the full sales process, from listing to settlement
Prospect, qualify buyers and grow the database
Coordinate open homes, inspections and marketing campaigns
Manage client communication and keep deals moving
Provide a first-class experience to vendors and buyers
ABOUT YOU
Minimum 1 year of real estate experience preferred
Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly
Organised, self‐motivated and hungry to succeed
Current QLD driver's license and reliable vehicle
