Your Contribution
Provide the highest standard of care for residents in accordancewith the Aged Care Standards and Aged Care Act
Deliver comprehensive care and individual case management toresidents according to the organizational clinical framework and caremodel.
Ensure effective delivery of the nursing process through theeffective resident entry, assessment, care planning and delivery,evaluation and exit recognized by professional standards.
Lead and coordinate care staff to effectively deliver residentscare, everyday activities, administration of medication and interventions thatpromote overall resident well-being and meaningful engagement
Coach the care staff to enable them to deliver high quality care,develop skills and knowledge gaps.
Liaise with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holisticperson-centered approach




Build positive relationships with Residents, families, and otherstaff members
The Essentials
Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner RegulationAgency (AHPRA).
Knowledge of legislation, regulations and evidence based bestpractice relevant to aged care
