We are looking for a Senior Data Insights Analyst who enjoys solving problems, turning data into meaningful stories, and helping people make better decisions through actionable insights. You will bring curiosity, innovation and a collaborative mindset, alongside a passion for leveraging modern data technologies and AI-driven solutions.
Working closely with stakeholders across the Steadfast Group, you will play a key role in shaping how data is used to drive business performance, improve decision-making and create commercial opportunities. Later in the day, you may present insights to senior leaders, support strategic projects, or engage with brokers and insurer partners to help drive informed business decisions.
No two days are the same, but every day you will be helping transform data into meaningful insights for our businesses, partners and customers.

Deliver: Lead analytics and reporting initiatives from concept through to implementation and adoption.
Influence: Present insights and recommendations that support informed decision-making and business outcomes.
Innovate: Leverage AI, automation and modern cloud technologies to enhance analytics capabilities.
You may also:
Develop and maintain reporting assets, dashboards and analytical models.
Build stakeholder capability and promote data-driven decision-making.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across analytics and reporting.
Prepare presentations and recommendations for business and executive stakeholders.
Engage with brokers, insurers and external partners on strategic and operational analytics initiatives.

What You Will Bring
Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence and data visualisation, with expertise in Power BI, Tableau, Streamlit or similar tools.
Strong SQL and Python skills, with the ability to transform, model and prepare data for reporting and analytics.
Experience working with modern data platforms and cloud technologies such as Snowflake, Azure SQL and DBT.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience partnering with business leaders and delivering practical analytics solutions.
Demonstrated ability to engage, influence and build trusted relationships across internal and external stakeholder groups.
Strong consulting, facilitation and business analysis skills, with the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Robust analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
Experience working in Agile and cross-functional delivery environments.
Financial services or insurance industry experience will be highly regarded.
