The Waves Group is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our rapid-paced kitchen at The Waves Sports Club. You will work closely with the Head Chef to lead the kitchen, maintain high food quality, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Ideal candidates will have leadership experience, excellent culinary knowledge, and a passion for mentoring staff. A Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and a Food Safety Supervisor certificate are required.
