What You'll Bring to the Team
Qualifications:
ACECQA-approved Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and strong programming/documentation skills.
Certifications:
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC), Food Safety Handler certificate, and Child Protection/Safety Certificate.
Skills:
Clear, warm communication skills (written and spoken) and natural leadership abilities.
Mindset:
A true passion for early childhood development and child well-being.
Work Rights:
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
