Switchboard Assembler
to join their team in
Pakenham
.
This is initially a
6-week temporary assignment
, with the potential to become an ongoing opportunity for the right candidate.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Optional overtime available
Key Responsibilities
Assembly and wiring of electrical switchboards
Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and drawings
Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with AS/NZS standards
Working as part of a skilled and supportive team
To Be Successful You Will Have
Minimum
1 year experience
in switchboard assembly or manufacturing




Relevant trade qualification such as:
Electrician
Electrical Fitter
Strong understanding of
AS/NZS **** Wiring Rules
Ability to confidently read and interpret electrical schematics
Experience using hand and power tools
Good level of physical fitness
Willingness to undertake a Drug and Alcohol test
Local to the South East suburbs (preferred)
