Job Description
Enjoy helping people, answering questions and being the friendly face that guests remember? Like the idea of working in a relaxed holiday environment where no two days are the same? This role could be for you.
What you'll be doing
Welcome guests on arrival and providefriendly, qualified service
Managecheck‐ins and check‐outs, including bookings and payments
Answer guest enquiries about the park, local area, facilities and activities
Assist with phone and email reservations and general reception duties
Help guests with any issues and find solutions quickly and calmly
Provide information about park rules, safety and amenities
Support day‐to‐day reception tasks, such as filing, data entry and cash handling
Work closely with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, activities) to deliver a smooth guest experience
About you
You're the kind of person who:
Loves interacting with people and deliveringgreat customer service
Is confident using computers and picking up new systems
Stays calm,



polite and professional – even when things get busy
Is organised, reliable and has good attention to detail
Can work a mix ofweekdays, weekends, school holidays and public holidays
Ideally, you'll also have:
Experience in customer service, reception, tourism, hospitality or similar
Cash handling and/or booking system experience (front office systems highly regarded)
Good local knowledge of the Forster–Tuncurry area, or willingness to learn
If you're friendly, helpful and keen to learn, we're happy to train the right person.
