In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering customer support through a busy multi-channel contact centre, you'll assist internal and external customers across phone, live chat and administrative channels.
This role will see you resolving enquiries, processing transactions, and using multiple systems to deliver accurate, timely and customer-focused outcomes.
You will deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment while building positive relationships, solving problems and contributing to continuous improvement.

Work Location
Positions are based in Dubbo.
Rostered Shifts
This role requires availability to work across rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday), as per below:
8:00am to 5:15pm (office-based)
10:30am to 7:45pm
12:30pm to 8:45pm
2:45pm to 12:00am
All afternoon and evening shifts can be worked from home.
