C&K; Blackbutt Community Kindergarten is seeking a Director/Teacher to lead a kindy with a big heart, delivering high-quality early education in a warm community setting. The position is Permanent Part Time with a 7.5-hour schedule on Thursdays and Fridays, plus alternate Wednesdays.
The role includes a retention bonus up to $9,500 and an hourly wage range of $*****–$*****, plus director allowances and superannuation. You'll contribute to protected, nurturing learning spaces and family engagement.
